This patch pays tribute to the extraordinary scope of the Apollo missions — a program that carried out extensive uncrewed tests and 11 crewed flights, including:
- Two Earth‑orbit missions (Apollos 7 and 9)
- Two lunar‑orbit missions (Apollos 8 and 10)
- One lunar swingby
- Six successful Moon landings (Apollos 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17)
